Dinosaur stamp prints

We have been learning about dinosaurs and their features this term.
For Art the children had to brainstorm their favourite dinosaur and their features, design a dinosaur picture using shapes and draw their special features. They had to draw them, outline them with vivid marker pen. Colour them in with wax crayons using a leaf behind to make a leaf vein print. The children had made a line, shape, pattern or texture print template. Their template design was hot glued, then they painted the design with a brush and used to make a print pattern on their dinosaur and to make a patterned border.
